Construction Imaging Services Inc. specializes in using the
latest imaging technology to document the built environment. We provide certified
infrared imaging services for commercial, municipal, industrial and residential
clients throughout the Northeast. This site contains information regarding infrared

Construction Imaging Services Inc. is owned and operated by Lee
Frizzell. Mr. Frizzell has worked in the Infrared Imaging field since 2002 and
earned a level III thermographers certification in 2008. This is the highest level
of certification attainable. Mr. Frizzell is also a registered Architect in New
York State since 2003 and has worked in the architecture industry since 1987.
This company was formed in 2008 to serve the needs of imaging for
the built environment. All imaging projects are done by both a level III certified
Thermographer and a licensed Architect, providing an intertwining of experience
and knowledge of the building science and the thermography fields that is unmatched
by most imaging companies. We are based in Ulster County in New York’s Hudson
Valley Region between New York City and Albany and serve a wide variety of clients
throughout the Northeast.
